Cancellation & Refund Policy
No cancellation or refund is possible once a purchase is made. Registration fee is non refundable.
Credit Card / Debit Card: The credit card / debit card account of the registered User will be re-credited with the refund amount by KUPA. The refund amount will be credited to your account within the time span stipulated by the bank which has issued the credit card / debit card; or Net Banking: The refund amount will only be returned to the account used by you while placing the order.
Offline Payment (Cheque, DD, Bank Deposit, Cash at Counter): The refund amount will only be in the same method you registered and paid the registration fee.
