* “Academic background (X, XII and Graduation)”, “written test score” and “Personal Interview” score are the three major areas of evaluation with   20%, 25%, 55%, weight ages respectively.

The “Personal Interview” score is arrived after the candidates have been graded into categories (1 to 5) based on the following parameters.

Personal Interview - - Demeanour, presence of mind, alacrity, general knowledge, aptitude for management studies. 

The weightages of each category is as below

Category 1 – 90; Category 2 – 80; Category 3 – 60; Category 4 – 50; Category 5 – 30
